The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was not very clean, thick dust on the temperature control and hair on the carpet. The room was very small. I’ve stayed in much nicer hotels in Tokyo for less money

Ideal for a quick transit or near the Ueno station. Location is very good sacrificing a bit of comfort as the rooms are smaller.

เป็นโรงแรมที่ใกล้สถานี Ueno มาก ในราคาไม่แพง ลงลิฟต์ที่ Main Exit ของสถานี แล้วเดินลากกระเป๋ามาไม่ไกลก็ถึงโรงแรม ห้องค่อนข้างเล็กแต่ก็เข้าใจได้ว่าตามสไตล์ Business Hotel ใน Tokyo เนื่องจากอยู่ในย่านผู้คนพลุกพล่าน ต้องทำใจเรื่องเสียงสักหน่อย มีรถหวอวิ่งผ่านอยู่เรื่อยๆ โรงแรมมีตู้กดน้ำแข็งและน้ำดื่มตรงล็อบบี้ มีเครื่องซักผ้าแต่ต้องขอกุญแจห้องจากพนักงาน เลยไม่ค่อยสะดวกเท่าไหร่

The location is incredibly convenient from Ueno Station. Front desk staff and breakfast staff are very nice and friendly. Check in was quick and there are nice treats for guests. My room was spotless, well-appointed, and quiet. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

really Close the the train Station, and close to some amazing restraunts. and i dont mean the wendy's on the corner all though it was really good as well.

The hotel is a stone throw away from Ueno Station and is very convenient for accessing attractions around the area. As for the hotel, the room is relatively spacious with traditional Japanese Style Room options available.

Clean and close to train station
Convenient location near Ueno Station. Room was clean and nice, price was reasonable. There was a water kettle in the room and some tea and coffee.

The hotel is very near to the Ueno Station. However, the room is not so clean, as the furnishing looks dated, probably an old hotel. Overall, a good cheap stay in Ueno.

Hotel is near the train station but the facilities a bit old. If u need self laundry service, this hotel cannot support. Overall is clean and room can fit to open two luggage.

dissapointment
Stayed for 2 nights booked for non smoking room however they gave me smoking room. I asked to switch to non smoking room but they said n/a. It was cold weather so I need to turn on the heather but that makes the smoke smell even stronger and hard to sleep.

Great and helpful staff! Best location....right next to Ueno station! 5mins walk to the Ueno market! Also very close too the Ueno zoo, walking distance. I'll come stay here again!

The location was brilliant (once we found it! But then we’re new to Japan...). The staff were super helpful. The only drawback - a really tiny room with barely any room to walk round the bed. Still great, though. We wouldn’t recommend the restaurant next door, though.
