So cute! Little log cabin. Had everything we needed. Even had washer/dryer. A little bit off the beaten path but only a couple miles from town. Very quiet. Wifi was super fast. Host was very quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately, my stay was booked through VRBO even though the listing was removed due to the area was evacuated due to the wildfires. Chevy was extremely kind since the Fire Marshall just lifted the evacuation order that afternoon and was allowing everybody to return home. He allowed me to stay there even though many items (like tv service) was not working yet…electricity and water had just been turned back on that day. Chevy apologized because they hadn’t the chance to properly prepare the cabin to his standards. I found the cabin to be clean, comfortable, and to my liking. It has a full kitchen and laundry room. Separate shower and bathroom added to the amenities. To be fair, had it not been for the wildfires, I would have given the property an “excellent”.

First thing that comes to mind is that after staying 2 nights, is that my wife and I would definitely come back. This pine log cabin is compact but has everything you need! The owner has it stocked with everything that you'd expect, and the interior is knotty-pine and the beds are comfy. Bathroom is spacious and the shower room is just that - an entire room. There was plenty of room outside to walk our dog, and no one should enter Tok without visiting the great gift shops and Fast Eddy's Restaurant. Our Owner was very helpful with answering any questions we had and couldn't have been nicer. There is a full stove, nice sized kitchen refrigerator with freezer, and a washer-dryer that was state of the art. The internet was outstanding. We connected our computer to the internet and streamed movies while we were there. There is a big, covered porch too, with plenty of room to sit outside and enjoy the peace and quiet. Don't forget the citronella though, because this is Alaska and there are plenty of mosquitoes.
