"The staff were so incredibly kind! The meals were perfectly portioned for me, so I could actually finish the dinner without being in discomfort. The temperature of the open air in-room onsen was wonderful. A perfect retreat."

"静かで落ち着いていてスタッフは全員外国の方でしたが、丁寧で親切でした。 食事も味も見た目も良かったです。 ただ、部屋が暗くて、階段が急だったので、高齢の方には厳しいかなとは思いました。"

"お風呂付きの宿泊宿泊所を探していて、予約しましたが なんとお風呂が部屋には無く、玄関を出て階段下にありました。もちろんそちらも鍵付きの部屋にはなっていますが、あるのは戸外であり宿泊した冬の時期には寒くて入れませんでした。 また、共用であるので宿泊詳細の「お風呂付」きの所に立地条件を記載されるべきだと思いました。近くに温泉施設があるので困ることはないですが、記載されている内容と違うと感じました。"
