"Loved the retro vibe of the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. The room had a separate large shower and toilet room, which is a nice touch, although privacy after showering might be a concern for a family. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but enjoyed the breakfast offerings at the little cafe on the premises. The hotel is situated across from the beach but it is a fair walk to get there. You have to cross the highway. Tofino was a short drive away."

"A truly relaxing three nights. The staff are welcoming, the room, though small, has an extremely comfortable bed, and going to sleep to the sound of the ocean was really special. We especially loved the communal downstairs lounge area. Reading by the fire or watching the sea, and the on-tap tea, coffee and hot chocolate throughout the day were highlights, as was the complimentary breakfast each morning (those croissants!). It was an easy 5 minute drive into town to try dinner somewhere new each night. "
