Ferienhaus Westwind in Tönning für bis zu 4 Personen

  • A cosy atmosphere with a wood-burning stove and sauna! Just a stone’s throw from Tönning Harbour.

    Location
    Our new holiday home (built in 2023) is located in the historic district of Tönning, about 200 m from the harbour and about 10 km from the North Sea. The seawater swimming pool and the (green) beach are only about 1,500 m away.
    St.-Peter-Ording, with its beautiful sandy beaches, is about a 20-minute drive (22 km) away.
    You’ll find shopping options and great restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

    Amenities
    The approximately 95-square-meter holiday home, spread over three levels, welcomes you with a spacious and light-filled living area featuring an open, very well-equipped kitchen (ceramic cooktop with range hood, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, an oven, a kettle, and a toaster).

    The bright dining area invites you to enjoy pleasant moments with friends and family while looking out onto the beautifully landscaped, fenced-in garden. Enjoy the tranquility by the crackling fireplace with a good book or watch a thrilling film on the large flat-screen TV (Magenta TV).
    The shower room with a toilet and the entryway round out the ground floor.

    An open wooden staircase leads to the ground floor, which features two spacious bedrooms (beds: 180 x 200, wardrobes). All windows in the bedrooms can be darkened with pleated blinds.
    A highlight is the spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.

    Another staircase leads to the sauna area.

    Garden furniture is available on the sheltered terrace. The fenced-in garden is perfect for relaxing and barbecuing.

    Special Features
    Underfloor heating throughout the house creates a cosy atmosphere. Your four-legged friends are warmly welcome in this house. We’re happy to provide you with Wi-Fi. Depending on the time of day, you can also use and enjoy the balcony with seating in addition to the patio.
    You can park your car in a reserved parking space in the courtyard, which you can reach via “Neustadt” Street (in the left-hand parking section, the 5th from the right, No. 21).
    Your car and bicycles can be safely stored in the garage (not suitable for low-riding cars).

    An initial set of bed linens and towels is required for this accommodation and is already included in the final price.
    Additional linen packages can be booked as optional extras.

Es ist ein super tolles Ferienhaus und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Es ist super gepflegt und perfekt ausgestattet und wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt, es passt einfach alles. Es gibt nur einen klitzekleinen Punkt der noch verbessert werden könnte und zwar, Fliegengitter mindestens im Schlafzimmer. Ansonsten 5 Sterne und mehr auf Alles

Schöne neue zentral liegende Unterkunft in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hafen, mit toller und funktional..

Schöne neue zentral liegende Unterkunft in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hafen, mit toller und funktionaler Ausstattung und gutem nachbarschaftlichen Umfeld. 4 Dinge sind zu bemerken: Zum einen knarrten die Betten (man wird wach), zum anderen wurde von MagentaTV während der Sendungen ein uns nicht bekanntes Passwort abgefragt und last but not least war die Garage durch ihre steile Zufahrt für unseren normalen Pkw ungeeignet. Wir nutzten daher den Stellplatz hinter dem Haus. Und final wäre ein Briefkasten sinnvoll, da Nachsendungen durch den Postboten nur in einem Briefkasten abgelegt werden dürfen.

Guten Tag, uns hat es ausgesprochen gut gefallen in dem Haus. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die leider fehlende Waschmaschine. Im Badezimmer im ersten OG sind die Anschlüsse sichtbar aber ungenutzt. Sehr schade. Ansonsten war alles perfekt und wir haben bereits für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Andrea Vollmer

Tolles Haus, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr zentrale Lage in einem schönen Ort. Garage leider kaum befahrbar (sehr steile Auffahrt, mein S-Max hat aufgelegen), Stellplatz jedoch auf dem Hof.

Wir haben unsere Herbstferien 2024 im Westwind verbracht. Das Haus ist wirklich toll und hält alles bereit, was man braucht. Von Tönning aus haben wir alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Aktivitäten und Orte, die wir besuchen wollten, in max. 30 Minuten erreicht. Ob Drachensteigen am Strand von SPO, eine Führung durchs Wattenmeer, ein spannender Besuch im Wattforum bei den Ottern, eine lehrreiche Schifffahrt zu den Seehundbänken und dem Eidersperrwerk oder ein Spaßbadetag in der Dünentherme: Es gibt vieles zu erkunden und erleben, was bei Groß und Klein für Spaß sorgt. Auch die Cafés am Hafen halten manche Leckerei bereit und bieten ein ruhiges Plätzchens mit Blick in den Hafen. Einzige Wermutstropfen: Die Garage ist leider aufgrund der steilen Auffahrt nicht nutzbar… und wir haben kein tiefliegendes Auto. Zwar gab es zum Glück noch den Parkplatz im Hinterhof. Im Winter wäre die Garage aber eindeutig die bessere Option. Und: das TV schauen über Magenta ist auch nicht optimal, da man für alle Filme ab FSK16 einen Code benötigt, der nicht zur Verfügung stand. Alles in allem aber eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Das Haus ist sehr schön und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Fliegengitter wären nicht schlecht, an den quietschenden Betten müsste was gemacht werden und die Wände in der oberen Etage sind etwas kahl. Aber das ist stöhnen auf hohem Niveau! Die Lage ist sehr gut!

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in Tönning verbracht. Es war unser vierter Aufenthalt, den wir über „Ferien an der Nordsee“ gebucht haben. Alles klappte wie immer reibungslos. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur und die Organisation (z.B. Anreise) waren super. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Frau Schweder! Das Haus (Westwind) war Spitze, v.a. die Lage direkt in Hafennähe, für zwei Personen perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Einzig die Zufahrt in die Garage ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wir haben daher den Stellplatz im Innenhof benutzt. Beste Grüße Axel Stateczny
