The location
Our new holiday home (built in 2023) is located in the historic district of Tönning, about 50 m from the harbour and about 10 km from the North Sea. The seawater swimming pool and the (green) beach are only about 1,500 m away.
St.-Peter-Ording, with its beautiful sandy beaches, is about a 20-minute drive (22 km) away.
You’ll find shopping options and great restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Amenities
The holiday home, measuring a good 140 square metres, impresses with its high-quality and elegant furnishings.
The open, very well-equipped kitchen features an induction stove with an exhaust hood, a dishwasher, a microwave, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a Nespresso capsule machine, a drip coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.

The bright dining area invites you to enjoy pleasant moments with friends and family while overlooking the beautifully landscaped, partially fenced-in garden.
The shower room on the ground floor and the utility room with a washing machine and dryer round out the amenities.

A wooden staircase leads to the ground floor, which features three bedrooms: The master bedroom is furnished with a double box-spring bed (180 x 200) and a TV, and includes a balcony; a smaller bedroom with a box-spring bed (160 x 200) and a TV, another with two high-quality single beds, and a walk-in closet. All windows in the bedrooms can be darkened with pleated blinds and roller shades/curtains.
A highlight is the spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub, toilet, and large sauna.

Another flight of stairs leads to the spacious, bright living area with a TV, a cosy sofa nook, and two balconies. If you’d like to retreat to work, you’ll find your desk here with a view of the spacious balcony.

Garden furniture is available on the sheltered terrace. The partially fenced-in garden is perfect for relaxing and barbecuing. In the garage, you can play an exciting game of table tennis with your family.

Special Features
The underfloor heating throughout the house creates a cosy atmosphere. We’re happy to provide you with Wi-Fi (fiber-optic). Depending on the time of day, you can use and enjoy the balconies with seating next to the terrace. A parking space is available in the courtyard.

An initial set of bed linens and towels is required for this accommodation and is already included in the final price.
Additional linen packages can be booked as optional extras.
