"My bathroom had not been properly clean when I checked in. Dirty shower, poop on the back of the toilet, dried coffee in the sink. My room did have a fan but others in my party did not so the rooms were warm with no A/C. The hotel does not have enough fans to accommodate all rooms so if there is someone elderly in your party and no fans, I’m not sure what you’re supposed to do. The main areas were nice and clean and air conditioned. The wedding hides there was arranged beautifully."

Plenty of pillows with the option of firm and soft, duvet is a little small for the bed and the one on the sofa bed was also too small if 2 sharing, so you may need to request extra ones.
