"We were really disappointed with our stay. The place was not clean at all — we found hair everywhere, which was very off-putting. The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable.
On top of that, we specifically booked an accommodation with a terrace, but were given a room with no terrace at all. This was misleading and not what we paid for.

"Wir waren zu viert da und haben ein paar schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung und im Schwarzwald verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist schön groß und für 4 Personen auf jeden Fall ausreichend. Jeder hatte zu zweit seine eigene kleine Wohnung mit extra Bad und Schlafzimmer. Es gibt sogar noch ein extra Raum mit Küche, einem weiteren Bad und einem Essbereich. "Pros: Our boys enjoyed using the shared garden and play equipment. Apartment was very clean and the bathroom was spotless! Hosts were very friendly and the view from the garden/patio was beautiful of the surrounding forest

"Pros: Alles da, was man braucht. Nur Töpfe und Pfannen in der entsprechenden Größe haben gefehlt. Es war das erste warme Wochenende in diesem Jahr und unsere Vermieterin hat uns sofort einen Sonnenschirm und Sitzkissen gebracht, so dass wir draußen sitzen konnten. Das Haus war sehr sauber!"
