Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture. The shared balcony (2 tables, 5 chairs) is accessible via the hallway.

The landlord only lives in the house occasionally, but uses a separate entrance. There are a total of 5 holiday apartments in the house: SWW HOS 001 (1 person), SWW HOS 002 (1 person), SWW HOS 003 (3 people), SWW HOS 004 (1 person) and SWW HOS 005 (5 people). The house is located above the spa park with a view of the forest. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 150 m). Parking (for 5 cars) on the property. Lockable carport for bicycles.
