Preocupados siempre por nuestra seguridad, confort para mi y mi Mama de 88 anos. Bastante calidez humana, amabilidad, siempre con una sonrisa y dando solución a todo. Nunca cambien, siempre ser los mejores. Lo recomiendo siempre días muy agradables, El buffet , todas las comidas deliciosas, ambiente agradable, tranquilidad todo , habitaciones confortables , limpias y la cocina muy practica. "This place is a gem, beautiful property, great hike, good food, friendly staff. Only downside is an insane policy that you aren't allowed to use the hot tub. You need to book it 2 hours in advance and it costs approx $15CAD per person. As a result it sits there unused in this amazing location or would be such a massive asset of the ownership didn't ruin it by having it be the only per per use hot tub in Colombia. Honestly even with this it's probably worth it. If they fixed that issue this would be one of the nicest places I stayed on my whole trip."

"The staff were exceptionally helpful and helped us make the most of our stay in Salento. The property was quiet, clean, and beautiful. The hotel can connect you with a taxi service that can get you into town for COP 25,000. The breakfast was large and delicious. I would definitely stay here again."
