Lost & Found Policy (72 Hours) We hold forgotten items for 72 hours after checkout. Guests must contact us within this time to arrange pickup or shipping (guest pays shipping).
After 72 hrs, items are considered abandoned and may be discarded or donated. Perishable or hazardous items are thrown away immediately. We aren't responsible for any lost or damaged items left behind
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
