Theater Room: Experience cinema at home with a 65-inch Smart TV and a professional popcorn machine (popcorn provided!).
Arcade & Game Room: Featuring classic games like Golden Tee and NFL Blitz, plus air hockey and foosball for endless friendly competition.
The `Play-Space` Garage: Step into the converted garage for a round of Pop-A-Shot basketball.
Laundry & Bath: A full bathroom and a dedicated laundry room stocked with detergent for a seamless stay.
LEVEL 2: THE HEART OF THE HOME (Main Floor)
Gourmet Kitchen: Fully equipped for any culinary creation. Includes a stocked coffee bar (Drip & Keurig), crockpot, and all the bakeware you’ll need.
Living & Reading Rooms: Relax by the vinyl record player (Bluetooth enabled) or choose a book from our `take one, leave one` library. The living room features ample seating and a sleeper sofa for extra guests.
Master Bedroom (Bedroom 1): A peaceful sanctuary with a King bed, ensuite bathroom, and private TV.
LEVEL 3: THE SLEEPING QUARTERS (Second Floor)
Bedroom 2: Queen bed + Twin sleeper sofa, featuring a 50-inch TV and an electric fireplace.
Bedroom 3: A restful Queen bedroom designed for rejuvenation.
Bedroom 4 (The Kid Zone): A dream space for young adventurers! Features a Full bed, a Bunk bed (Full over Twin), a trundle, and a playful Tee-Pee.

Important Notes & House Rules
REGISTRATION: This is a gated community. You must complete a registration form 3 days prior to arrival. Failure to do so results in a $75 expedited fee charged by the community association.
AMENITIES: Passes for the beach, pools, and mini-golf are $12 per person, per day, purchased directly at the pool locations.
BACKYARD: Designed for ultimate relaxation, the backyard features a luxurious hot tub and a refreshing outdoor shower. Rinse off under the open sky, soak away your stress, and create cherished memories.
PETS: We are proudly pet-friendly! Please ensure you clean up after your pets to keep our yard pristine for the next guests.
SECURITY: We do have video surveillance of the front door & driveway which helps us in maintaining the property from a distance. The video is motion activated, but can be checked at any time by the hosts via live feed. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.
GUEST ACCESS: You have full access to the entire home, excluding the shed and three marked owner/linen closets.
PEACE & QUIET: Please respect our neighbors within this family-oriented community. Quiet hours are observed to ensure everyone enjoys the mountain tranquility.
CLEANLINESS: All linens and towels are provided. We ask that you treat our home with care so we can continue to provide a high-end experience for all.
DAMAGES: Guests are liable for damages and incidentals; by booking, you agree that any such costs will be billed to your credit card on file upon receipt of an invoice and photo proof.
