"設備は古いですけど、スタッフさんはみんないい笑顔、優しいです。ワンちゃん一緒に泊まれるホテルは面白いです。ワンちゃん好きの方にもおすすめです。 食事付きプランだったら、食事時間あんまり選べないし、エレベーターも行列です。ここはちょっと改善してほしいですね。 駐車場は土曜に混んでます。"

"The staff have been very friendly and helpful both times I’ve stayed, the beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever had at a hotel, and the location is lovely. It’s better to bring food with you as there is not much to eat around if you don’t have a car, and the taxi to/from Ugata station is about 2000 yen. The pool is a perfect depth for small children. Love the old fashioned bathtub but children and the elderly might need some help getting in and out. We will definitely be coming back!"
