"My fourth time at the Ayass Hotel. Perfect and great price. A preferred place for weddings and parties, so you know even the residents of Amman love this place. Nice breakfast buffet, central location, great room size and amenities, the staff is excellent, Starbucks next door, and front door security. Fast food nearby and a short, convenient drive to Marouf Coffee (my preferred). Fine dining is a short drive, I highly recommend the Reem Al-Bawadi (the last two photos)."

It is located in a neighborhood so you will definitely get that feeling. Not sure if all the room is the same size as the one I got, but it was cozy and had everything you need to have an enjoyable homie feel.
