The room was super clean and comfortable. It was super convenient. Check-in needed some help. Despite having a prepaid reservation, we ended up having to stand in line for about 40 minutes before we got checked in. It just seems there should have been a way to expedite the check in process.

The hotel was clean, the room was convenient, staff were mostly very helpful (especially front desk). Restaurant was open when we went and the food was fresh —wait staff were a little slow due to inexperience and possibly hesitation to speak in English to us. I’m sure this will improve over time. ...
