"Property itself is beautiful. The room was gorgeous! The dining at their restaurant was awful especially breakfast just awful worst food ever they didn’t even get espresso right! Really horrible food too bad absolutely gorgeous location and it could be amazing. Staff wasn’t very helpful I was hoping for an hour late checkout which most hotels accommodate but was told if I’m over half an hour I would be charged. They do have a late check up to 5 pm for fee of 15 euros which is great if you’d like to stay that late I just needed a few extra minutes communication was difficult for English speaking guests. Majority of guests were elderly or families with children who were very loud. Seems it caters to families, which is nice just didn’t expect that. I would return for the area and the room, but definitely would make plans to eat elsewhere."
