Charming Whimsical Historic River Home

Built in 1836, welcome to our river home. Step right into the sun filled living room with wood floors, wood beam ceiling and a wood fireplace. As you make your way through the first level, you will find a mudroom with exterior access and an adjoining half bathroom, a dinning room and a kitchen with access to the outdoor deck and large fenced back yard. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and one extra room, along with a bathroom. The rooms are surrounded with both garden and river views.
We are available via the AirBnb messaging app, then phone for emergencies. We live only two miles away in case there is anything you need.
Located in an extremely friendly area right on the Delaware river. Wonderful for sunset walks and just a short (10 min) drive, or reasonable bike ride, from Lambertville / New Hope.

Events are not allowed at this location.
• For 1st and 2nd car: The house has two spots to use that our part of the property: the driveway for the house and directly across the street is another driveway (river side).

• If you need to park a 3rd or 4th vehicle please: park in front of the house (2x cars fit there, one will block the house driveway).

• DO NOT PARK: In front of 52 River Dr (the blue house) as they really like the view of the river not to be interrupted.

The Location
This is a very peaceful and quite area, with a combination of young families and retired folks. Pls keep in mind that we do have neighbors, so this house will be ideal for a quite and peaceful getaway. No loud gatherings allowed. Thank you.
