"Our family had a fantastic stay at this all-inclusive resort. Traveling with a child, it was important to find a place that was both comfortable and accommodating, and this resort exceeded expectations. The staff were genuinely welcoming and always attentive, which made us feel right at home. The buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes that kept both adults and kids happy. Our room was spotless, cozy, and well maintained, and the entire property was very clean and beautifully kept. It was a stress-free and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Highly recommend for families!"

"Hotel was good, but staff training and coordination lacked big time. Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic of quests, who are demanding and rude to the staff, but once they get to know you staff was really nice. Burak from the main dinner restaurant stood up, he was very welcoming and helpful. Please check spelling and grammars in all your, menus, signs and lists. Need attention by someone who knows English well. I would like come back and see it again. "
