Villa Sara is located on Island Murter near Šibenik. What is interesting about this island is that it is connected to the mainland by a bridge, so Villa Sara is easy to reach. Except for its closeness to the beach, it is only 400 m away from the center of charming Jezera with all the amenities – restaurants, bars, and markets.

The complete villa is designed very modernly and up to date.

On the first floor, there is a beautiful kitchen with a dining area and a spacious living room with a sea view. From the living room, there is a direct exit to the terrace with a heated infinity pool. Around the pool are sun loungers and outdoor furniture, making it the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee. On the terrace, there is an outdoor dining area as well as an outdoor kitchen with a grill. The natural shade here keeps this area from the sun throughout the day, making it the perfect location for making lunch or dinner for the entire family. Moreover, there is a guest restroom and one bedroom with an en suite bathroom on the first floor.

Internal stairs lead to the first floor where there are other 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is en-suite, but right next to the bedroom. As soon as you climb the stairs, you will be amazed by the view from the floor. On the first floor there is also a kitchen and a living room with a direct exit to the terrace where there are sun loungers and garden furniture, and from where there is a wonderful view of the sea and the surrounding islands. You can also enjoy the beautiful view of the sea from the master bedroom, whose bathroom has a shower and a bathtub.

The basement, which will be especially fascinating to teenagers, is accessible through internal stairs. A large couch, a TV, a Play Station, a table soccer, and a small kitchen are all there. The villa is filled with wooden and black elements, and the gym follows this theme exactly. Wow! Passing through the gym, we arrive at a true relax & spa oasis - the jacuzzi and sauna are all you need at the end of the day.

In addition to the mentioned activities, the villa is also equipped with 6 bicycles, and near the villa, there are tennis, basketball, and football fields. Villa Sara Murter has a sister villa, villa Konstanca. Although built as a single connected building, they are rented as two separate villas. Villa Sara is located in the rear part of the same building, on a rise above villa Konstanca.

Both villas are fully fenced, thus ensuring their guest's privacy. In case you come with family or friends as a large group there is the possibility of booking the villa of Sara and Konstanca together in available terms.
