The property is very nice, with a beautiful view and great amenities. The rooms are completely blackout, so you will sleep well. Be aware that the steps leading to the property are steep and tiring, and that you will need to provide your own toilet paper if staying for more than a couple of days.

Good place with nice views

We had a good stay here. The house has very pretty views and was very quiet. It would have been nice to have WiFi and towels, but both of these were disclosed in the listing so I can’t really complain. Parking in front of the house was nice and easy. No complaints and would recommend to friends.

We had an amazing stay at this villa. Was in a perfect location for me and my friends to get to where we wanted. Had lots of activity options near by. The host was very supportive and got back to me very quickly with any queries. As far as I’m aware we did not receive any noise complaints as other people mentioned. My friends and I would definitely go back again and stay at the villa. I think the only thing that would be an issue is if you’re a family with younger children as there are quite a lot of steps up to the villa which can’t be helped and one bedroom is on a separate floor to the other 3 bedrooms. But other than that, it was perfect for us and enjoyed the time we spent there.

Beautiful villa and location

We had a wonderful stay. Great villa with excellent facilities and everything you need in kitchen to cook at home. Or a short walk to many nice restaurants. Dip in the pool to cool down or short walk to the beach just down the road. Would book again if retuning to Tisno!

Villa with views

Great villa with beautiful views from terrace. Retractable awning for the much needed shade. As others have mentioned a good few steps up so not for anyone with mobility challenges but for fit enough folk a great war to counter the holiday food& drink :)Taxi boat will pick up and drop off at the quay below house, perfect for trips to the Garden site if that's your plan

Gorgeous view and great location in Tisno

Great location and gorgeous views with great outdoor space. Really enjoyed our stay and know the area well from previous trips over last few years. Couple of things could be improved upon, had to rent towells from the property manager as would not be flying from abroad with suitcase of towells . Is unusual not to have towells included in rental. We had booked for 12 nights and had to cut our trip short to only 7 nights due to change in travel restrictions the week before which of course is by no means the owners concern however our request to amend the booking was not addressed and we paid for 12 nights. A refund for 1 or 2 nights would have been a nice gesture. Overall we had a great stay and the view and outdoor space are the stars of this property. Communication with local property manager made our stay and our earlier checkin easy.

The Best Stay in Tisno

Myself and my 7 friends had the best time staying in this lovely villa in Tisno, location was perfect, beds were super comfortable with black out blinds and air-con rooms allowing us to sleep at any time! Fantastic view of the water and town- excellent communication and hosting! The crickets actually made our stay! And do not chirp at night! Would 1000% stay again. No complaints from us- one of the door locks were faulty but Jacques was very understanding and understood this was out of our hands! Thanks so much! Highly recommend - it’s a TisYES from me❤️ Xxx

Beautiful stay in Tisno

Amazing villa with a stunning terrace. There’s a nice grill outside and a small pool to cool down whenever it’s get warm. Rooms are great and conveniently located close to the supermarket and Tisno center. Would come again.

What a view but Make sure you’re Fit for the steps “

The process from start to finish was excellent , communication with the agent and flexibility for early check in and late checkout was superb . The villa itself ticked every box “ The only criticism on the villa would be the lack of mention when booking on the number of access steps upto the villa which there are quite a lot and very uneven .We had been lucky that one of the group was very fit and had to make 6 trips up with cases and down as the other males and females struggled with cases making the accent and decent.

Lovely quiet house. Not for party guests

We had a lovely time here. Everything we needed. Very comfortable. Only 1 complaint from neighbour the first evening when some of our party were delayed and arrived late so a bit of chatting quite late. I wouldn’t expect to be partying and playing loud music here. It’s quite a residential area. Property central to everything and ate at the restaurants locally. Several supermarkets within walking distance.

Beautiful view made this a lovely stay!

We really enjoyed our stay thank you Jacques. The view is absolutely fantastic and the pool, although small is perfect for cooling down on a hot day. Regarding other reviews, yes the cicada insects are noisy but they are pretty much everywhere in Croatia so I don't know why someone complained about this or the steps up to the property (although maybe not recommended for the elderly). The location is excellent for restaurants in the town and all other facilities in Tisno. Small gripe, a few extra keys would have been nice seeing as we were a group of 8 adults. Also the charging for towels situation needs to be a bit more clear up front. We didn't use any in the end so we weren't charged but I only knew about this because of the other reviews! Surely for the price of the apartment the cleaning of 8 towels could be thrown in too?

No wifi, no air conditioning in the main room, and no boat. neighbor is extremely sensitive to any music (even during the day) and will approach you. property manager was not very cordial, and host charged us extra fees for items that we were not responsible for. BEWARE before booking!

The stay was great. The pictures does not match the view of the town and the surroundings, its amazing! Well equiped kitchen and a very friendly host made our stay great! Can highly recommend this place for a pleasent stay with friends and family though not with too small children.

Comfortable and beautiful house with breathtaking view

The house is big, offers everything needed and is situated between different beautiful towns and beaches. Its rooms are decorated with great taste, the beds are comfortable the bathrooms are all renewed and modern. The little beach nearby is wonderful, same applies to the beaches in Murter which are only about 10 minutes drive away. The housekeeper Jelena is friendly and responsive. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house, thank you to Jacques and Jelena.

Sehr schönes gut eingerichtetes Haus. Alles vorhanden was man braucht zum kochen. Pool mit herrlicher Aussicht übers Meer. 2 grosszügige Terassen mit viel Platz. Die Anmeldung unserer Ankunft bei der Housesitterin ging vergessen. Daher war das Haus nicht bereit bei Ankunft. Jelena war aber sehr hilfsbereit und organisierte kurzfristig alles. Alles Entschuldigung gab es freie Check Out Zeit. Top.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir haben das Haus bereits vor 6 Jahren schon einmal gemietet und wurde nicht enttäuscht! Die Terrasse mit der Aussicht ist herrlich, der kleine Pool ist bei heißem Wetter zum abfrischen ideal. Der Liegeplatz an der Mole war optimal für unser Boot.
