"The truble with this hotels is that they hire people with horrible customer service. I have 3 months straight working and traveling in Germany and this is the first hotel that I found with very unpleasant conversation and the result is was that i was worried and unsafe for the stay. "Rooms are clean. Location is very convenient. Walkable to all ski area and restaurants. If you don’t feel like walking, there is bus stop 50m from the door. Good breakfast. All together is a very pleasant stay"
