"Booked it for one night before departing flight, as it was a good price. First of all, not all costs are shown on online booking. There are local taxes to pay at check in. First place in Albania this happened. Hotel room was run down. Window was broken and couldn't been opened without falling off, some dirty bed sheets, and almost anything in the hotel room had some flaws (crooked lamps, leaky shower head, aircondition used almost 12h to get the room somewhat cool).
