"Excellent hotel in a half-timbered historic building in Hamelin Old Town, very close to main areas of interest. Our room was very nicely modern inside, comfortable bed and large clean bathroom. "Didn’t realise that the hotel didn’t have a night porter , so couldn’t check in. Ideally located for business trip to local pharmacy company, but hopeless if you can’t gain access. I would have thought it may have been courteous if the hotel would have prompted me as we’ve become so reliant on assumptions that text has been read, that o ended up sleeping outside in the car overnight when the temperature was minus 3."

"We were first offered an upstairs apartment but I explained my condition and was immediately offered a beautiful ground floor flat with all amenities We didn’t use them except the kettle and the shower was great The sitting area and bedroom was a lot better than expected All in all fully recommended for short or long stay. "Very clean hotel and friendly staff. The hotel is over the road from the old city wall and the centre is 5 minutes walk away. We had breakfast here twice, and there was a good choice of cereals, fruit, meat, eggs, cheese, and even spaghetti! Rolls and croissants were also available. The room didn't have air-conditioning, which was needed as it was hot. The shower was lovely. I would recommend taking your own pillow, as both of ours were lumpy and uncomfortable. Otherwise, a perfect stay."
