"Leider mussten wir unsere Reise auf Grund eines Trauerfalls stornieren. Die Rückabwicklung und Rückerstattung hat hervorragend geklappt. Nach zwei Tagen hatten wir den vollen Betrag ohne Abzüge zurück. Herzlichen Dank. Ich denke, wir werden in nächsten Jahr das Haus noch einmal buchen."
