"Quirky old building with low ceilings and original features. Unfortunately looking a bit tired and our bed had a broken slat in the middle making it pretty uncomfortable. Breakfasts and check in was great just needs new furniture. Also very close to Trebarwith strand, just check for low tide!!"

"Great location for our visit and parking was a bonus. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast wasn’t included. The pub has maintained its character and the accommodation is clean and well maintained. Bottles of water were replenished daily and the individual packaged imperial mints a nice touch. A few minor niggles - only bath sheets provided, no hand towels which is strange. My partner placed his luggage bag by the skirting board underneath the window and a t shirt he placed on top, fell off and was literally covered in dust when he picked it up. We ate in the bar/restaurant on the 2nd night, the food was delicious and the wine excellent. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area."
