Beach House in Tinos Island – Sea View, Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning

Located in Kardiani, Tinos, this 135 m² house accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms and 1 WC, a fully equipped private kitchen with filter coffee maker, fridge, electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher. You have Wi-Fi, private air conditioning in every bedroom and the living room, TV, washing machine, dryer, and a workspace. A baby cot and heating with fireplace are also available (firewood available for an extra fee).



Enjoy wonderful sea and mountain views from 4 private balconies. A shared open terrace offers extra outdoor space for relaxation.



There is a shared parking space for 1 vehicle. Pets are allowed (1 animal). Events are not permitted. Please note, the island can become very windy without warning, so take care with doors and windows to avoid slamming and damage.



The hosts live on site but not in the rental house. The water system works with a pressure pump and may take a few seconds for water to flow. You have access to two beaches with seaside tavernas. The village of Kardiani is 4 km away and offers a traditional experience with views of the Aegean. There are beautiful hiking trails on the island, with one starting from the back of the house and leading directly to Kardiani.
