My friend highly recommended this location during the Tinley Reptile Expo. Shes stayed here many times and complemented how friendly and helpful the staff are. The rooms were clean and smelt fresh and breakfast was great with options. We will be staying for future Expos in town aswell as recommend them.

1st off I have no idea why Expedia has this as this property listed it is an actual roach motel. I saw 2 large roaches and then the last night we stayed I woke up to use the bathroom and baby roaches who looked like they recently hatched, scattered all over the bathroom floor. The vent for AC was broken and dirty. There was an electric socket with tape over it. Like what??????? Why??? The bathroom toilet leaked every time we flushed the toilet. Hubby said this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed. Having a child that does competitive cheer we have stayed at MANY. This maybe the first review I have done on any hotel EVER. The only good things were the location and leaving. The location was next to a shopping plaza and I was able to get body wash from Bath and Body works. Their 5 cent bar of soap made my skin itch. And yes leaving.. I did not pay to wake up to a bathroom full of baby roaches scattering to the wall. Smh..

I use a wheelchair so I had a handicap room. Everything was perfect except the bed was too high! Also the floor was dirty. No carpet which I loved but my hands were filthy from rolling around the room! Other than the bed being too high the room had every accessible feature I could think of.

Staff was pleasant and attentive. Rooms are as pictured on their site. I’m giving my stay a low rating because the hot tub was out of service despite being told it was working fine. The bed was made with sheets that had visible blood stains on them. And we found a roach living its best life on one of the walls before ultimately meeting its end by way of a thrown slipper.
