- This newly renovated villa is a really privacy gem, located in a beautiful little village Tinjan. It is surrounded by greenery and lush forests of this green part of Istria. The interior is carefully decorated to give the guests absolute space and comfort. The capacity of the villa is 6 guests, 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms air-cons and satellite tv in all the bedrooms, then separate toilet, family room with extra comfortable sofa big screen tv. Entire living and dining area is connected and is over-looking the pool. Villa also has wellness area with a jacuzzi and sauna. Entire property has more then 1600 m2 of private land around the house and it is all fenced. There is a private parking for the guests of the villa.
In case you have a dog we charge extra 15 EUR/dog/day.
