Beautiful terraced house "Villa Luca", 3 storeys, renovated in 2022. In the hamlet Muntrilj 4 km from the centre of Tinjan, in a sunny position, 20 km from the sea. Private: property 200 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (22 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (15 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 4 km, bus stop 3.5 km, pebble beach 20 km, rocky beach 20 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Nearby attractions: Adrenalin park 8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
3-room terraced house 109 m2 on 3 levels. Very beautiful and tasteful furnishings: 1 open room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. Exit to the swimming pool. Upper floor: living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Top floor: 1 open room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 180 - 250 cm with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. Heating. Electric barbecue, deck chairs. View of the swimming pool. Facilities: safe, iron, mosquito net, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free).
