The Space:

Design Villa Benka is a luxury retreat in the peaceful village of Pinezici in central Istria. This authentic villa blends traditional stone architecture with modern amenities across two floors. The ground floor includes a living room, kitchen, dining area, a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a second twin bedroom, and a full bathroom. The upper floor features two additional bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a private heated pool, a large garden, and a terrace with an outdoor kitchen. The villa also offers a private sauna and a game room.



Guest Access:

As our guest, you have private access to the entire Design Villa Benka. You will enjoy a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, four bedrooms, and four bathrooms. You also have access to a game room, a private garden, a terrace, and a heated swimming pool available from May through September. An outdoor kitchen is provided for your convenience, along with private parking.

Design Villa Benka is located in the quiet village of Pinezici, offering a peaceful retreat in central Istria. This rural setting is perfect for exploring the region, with cycling and hiking trails accessible right from your doorstep. Vibrant coastal towns and historic sites are just a twenty to thirty minute drive away. Whether you want to visit museums, go horseback riding, or enjoy local theme parks, you will find plenty of activities for all ages. The villa combines the charm of traditional stone architecture with easy access to nearby shopping and dining.



Getting Around:

We recommend arriving by car to reach the village of Pinezici, as public transport is limited. Design Villa Benka provides private parking. Pula Airport is the nearest hub, located about fifty minutes away by car. Having a vehicle allows you to explore the surrounding landscapes and coastal towns at your own pace.



Other Things to Note:

Included services include access to our private swimming pool, which can be heated in May and September /October upon request.

The pool is open from May through October.

We provide fresh towels and bed linen for your stay, along with complimentary wireless internet, air conditioning, and free parking on the premises.

For families, we offer a high chair and a crib upon request.

Please note that our check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00, and check-out is by 10:00.

To comply with public safety regulations, all guests must complete an online check-in process, which may require a photo of your identity card or a selfie.

Please be aware that we do not accept groups of young people, and dangerous dog breeds are not permitted.

Pets are welcome for an additional fee of 10.00 EUR per day.

We kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours between 23:00 and 10:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
