Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Supermarket 3.2 km, bus stop 240 m, railway station "Lessebo" 33 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 185 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 46 km, cross country ski track 2 km, fishing possibilities 500 m. Please note: fishing [permit required] (extra). The owner lives on the same property.
