"Staff are very kind and helpful, they made sure we had what we needed. I booked a room for 2 people but I chose a bigger room because I was anticipating to have some relatives coming with us. "Room was clean but very basic, no fridge, no kettle….. these 2 items are very essential for people who loves cold or hot drink without the need of getting out of the room. No hot water twice…. First episode was reported and fixed but did not last longer and no hot water again!!! The bed is very comfortable, but the top sheet or kumot is so thin, not a good one for someone who love to sleep in a cold room. 5 star for the hotel staffs"

"Fun place with lots of potential. We did the day trip to little Boracay through them. The kids loved it. Pool was great. Food was really good. Played billiards, but did not have enough time to kayak or bike. Bikes were very old, the one complaint. "

"I found the Philip Ann Resort a wonderful place to stay. For such a small location it offers multitude of games and activities on and around the resort. From the games room, sun decks, variety of lounge areas, restaurant , pool, jacuzzi, a tiki bar, and a DJ. There is a little something for everyone. The staff were very friendly and worked hard to ensure their customers had a great experience."

"What I did not like the most was the musty smell of the room. Did not bother to ask for room change as it will take a lot of time. Note that the smell stuck on my shirt after I woke up the next day. Also, the receptionist who took charge of our room assignments did not allow us for the three (3) rooms to be beside each other for the reason that they were not from the same booking.
