The staff are very friendly and professional. They endured our basic Spanish and they spoke adequate English. The hotel is first class.

The room was good, the shower in the bath is uncomfortable. The service in the hotel is just available in spanish, we asked for that. We've been there for 3 days and we have never been greeted. They don't notice us when we pass.

Very clean and comfortable but staff were terrible. Long wait (30 mins) to check in then I was told I had to pay again as credit card payment did not go through. This was wrong and I was able to show that. Design of hotel inside looks cool but actually makes for a very noisy stay.

The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful The suite was very large and had everything we needed.We were very disappointed with breakfast, which consisted of a large pain au chocolate, coffee and orange juice. Beautiful property and room. Great food in the hotel restaurant. All the staff was pleasant and very helpful - even though my Spanish is terrible. Grocery store and other restaurants and stores writhing short walking distance. Room had an actual tub which was awesome after a day on the Camino!

Die Damen an der Reception sind nicht in der Lage, auf Englisch was zu erklären. Die Rettung war ein gutes Supermarkt gleich in der Nähe.

A voir mais pas pour y dormir

Une immeuble une chambre correcte salle de bain avec points moisis un coffre-fort qui ne fonctionne pas un petit-déjeuner variésais servi sur des tables pas très propres dans une salle de bar et non dans la salle de restaurant...Et le comble un soir on rentre et on découvre l'orchestre dansle patio avec les chambres autour du patio...le minimum aurait été de nous prévenir car dans notre chambre c'était soirée dansante Génial pour se reposer en fait vous. n'avez pas le droit de dormir avant 23h30.... Pour un 4 étoiles il pourrait également y avoir un parking
