Fantastic 4 bedroom Villa with Hot tub, private pool and amazing views
- Casa Alegranza has a modern yet comfortable open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area that seats 8 and large living area. The living area comprises of 3 large sofas where you can relax and watch your favourite programs on the 42in TV.
This beautiful Villa is perfectly located near the world famous sporting facility of la Santa where all the top sports athlete converge in the winter to facilities for all to use are second to none. The property has a warm feel of home with its comforts like washing machine, WIFI and UKTV. In addition to this you can expect to relax in style in your own hot tub under the stars staring out over the Island of Alegranza.
Children are welcome and the villa is completely wheelchair accessible. If required we can supply all the latest equipment needed to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS PROPERTY ONLY THE LOWER FLOOR IS USED....SO THE 4 BEDROOMS ARE LOCATED ON THE LOWER FLOOR WHERE THE KITCHEN, DINING ROOM, LIVING ARE AND 2 BATHROOMS ARE ALL LOCATED...THE TOP FLOOR IS ALWAYS VACANT!!!!!!
