Ferienwohnung in Timmendorfer Strand

Gemütliche Fewo in unmittelbarer Strand/ Promenadenlage. Sauber, nichts auszusetzen.Ein toller, grosser Balkon, ebenfalls mit entsprechendem Mobiliar ( sogar Liegen) ausgestattet.Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ( wohl wie überall ) etwas beengt aber es war machbar .

Liebes Team von Ostsee-Appartements ! Wie in den Jahren vorher war es auch in diesem Jahr ein freundlicher Umgang miteinander. Stets ein offenes Ohr für die Wünsche Ihrer Gäste und eine perfekte schnelle Erledigung in allen Belangen. Dafür gibt es 5 Sterne von uns !!! Wir waren schon öfter Gäste in der Villa Stern und kommen gerne immer wieder in dieses Haus. Die Lage ist einfach fantastisch, man ist in wenigen Schritten direkt am Meer und auch die City erreicht man in wenigen Gehminuten. Durch die Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus hat man die Möglichkeit, Ausflüge mit dem Bus zu unternehmen ohne sein Auto aus der Tiefgarage zu holen. Das Haus ist sehr modern und entspricht ganz unserem Geschmack. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Man fühlt sich als Urlaubsmieter gut von Ihnen betreut. Im Büro und auch durch die Hausmeister. Die Wohnlage ist sehr gut zur Innestadt gelegen. Gut ist auch die Tiefgarage in der für jede Wohnung ein Stellplatz vorhanden ist.

Ganz herzlichen Dank für die tolle Betreuung! Das inkludiert ganz besonders auch die Abstimmung mit der Strandapotheke Niendorf für den Rollator/ Duschhocker. Das war wirklich toll. Auch Ihre schnelle Reaktion und Reaktionszeit bei kleineren "Reparaturen" war toll. Daher: 5 Sterne Ein wieder einmal wunderbarer Urlaub in der Villa Stern.
