The living room, featuring a flat-screen TV, radio, and a south-facing balcony, opens onto the integrated kitchenette.
The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave with grill, a 4-burner stove, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster, and offers plenty of space for the whole family.
On this level, there is a bedroom with a double bed (2x80x200 cm) and a bathroom with a shower and a seated tub.
The stairs lead to an open loft with two single beds (each 90x190 cm).
A travel cot can also be set up.
You can park your bicycles right in front of the house.

A parking space next to the house is reserved for you.
Wi-Fi is available (no refunds or replacements in case of malfunctions or outages).
There is a coin-operated washing machine and dryer (50-cent coins) in the basement. It can be accessed via an outdoor staircase.
