The bright and welcoming 3-room Oeynhausen apartment in Timmendorfer Strand, with an area of approximately 55 m², is located on the ground floor and accommodates 4 people.

The bright living room features a modern sofa set, an LCD TV, a DVD player, an Xbox, and a CD player/radio.
The built-in kitchenette includes a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, and microwave. This area is complemented by a lovely dining nook.

From the living area, you can step out onto the large, furnished terrace, which is perfect for relaxing or playing.

The hallway leads to the two bedrooms; one of them is furnished with a double bed and an LCD TV.
The second bedroom, with a bunk bed, is ideal as a children’s room.
The bright, natural-light-filled bathroom features a large walk-in shower. A washing machine is available for your use here.
For your comfort, all windows are equipped with roller shutters and insect screens.
You can store your bicycles in a dedicated bike storage room.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you.
