The Spitzbergen holiday home, with its attached apartment, is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential area of Timmendorfer Strand. The apartment has a separate entrance and is approximately 1,500 metres from the town centre and the beach. The lively pedestrian zone, with its upscale boutiques and cafés, as well as the beautiful spa park and the beach promenade, invite you to linger. A bakery is within walking distance—about a 5-minute walk. The sunny balcony terrace is perfect for sunbathing and unwinding. Free public parking spaces are available at the house, right next to the turning circle.

This charming studio apartment in Timmendorfer Strand, featuring a separate entrance, is furnished to accommodate 3 people in its 2 rooms spread over 52m².

The invitingly designed living room is furnished with a sofa set, flat-screen TV, DVD player, CD stereo system, and a small dining area in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows.
In the small kitchenette, you’ll find a 2-burner ceramic cooktop and an oven.

From the living area, you can access the large, southeast-facing sun terrace with 3 lounge chairs, a garden table, and 4 chairs. Here, you can relax and enjoy your holiday.

A wooden staircase leads to the open loft with a double bed, a guest bed, and the adjoining bathroom featuring a corner bathtub and shower.
The occupancy rates are based on 1–2 people. An additional €15.00 per day is charged for each additional person.

A public parking space is located in the immediate vicinity at the turning circle.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge (no right to a refund or replacement in the event of disruptions or outages).
