The apartment is furnished to a high standard and tastefully decorated. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the living area with light, featuring a comfortable sofa bed, armchair, and TV. The adjacent sun terrace with a small garden is a wonderful place to enjoy relaxing days. The open-plan kitchen with an adjoining dining area is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to meet the highest standards. There are two separate bedrooms, each furnished with box-spring beds (180x200 cm and 160x200 cm), a wardrobe, and a TV. The spacious, high-quality bathroom with integrated washing machine and dryer offers plenty of natural light. The entire apartment is equipped with electric exterior blinds and features underfloor heating for a comfortable indoor climate.

The property includes a designated parking space for a car, and bicycles can be securely stored in a dedicated bicycle shed.
