Located close to the centre (on a cul-de-sac), this 3-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand offers 80 m² of living space for up to 5 people and is situated on the ground floor.

It consists of a living room with two comfortable two-seater sofas, an LCD TV, and a stereo system; the apartment also has tile flooring.

An integrated kitchenette with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and dining area is perfect for cooking.

The large corner balcony faces southeast. From here, you can see a small garden gate that leads to a short walk (approx. 300 m) to shopping options, including a bakery.

One bedroom is equipped with a double bed and an LCD TV. The second bedroom features a double bunk bed, providing a spacious double bed sleeping area (140 x 200 cm) on the bottom level. Above it is a single bed (90 x 200 cm), and there is an additional TV. The bedrooms have cork laminate flooring. The windows are fitted with exterior roller shutters

The shower room has two sinks. Additionally, the apartment has a guest bathroom.

From May 1-15.09.2026, a beach chair is available to guests free of charge.
