Just below the sandy beach of Niendorf and the enchanting Baltic Sea, the newly completed OCEAN BREEZE No. 6 holiday rental awaits you, offering space for up to four people. The apartment stands out for its quiet location and features not only a balcony but also a spacious south-facing terrace from which you can already catch a whiff of the salty ocean breeze.

The open, bright living and dining area is modern and tastefully designed. Here, you can feel at home and relax all year round, thanks to the underfloor heating, which adds to the cosy atmosphere. The open kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for cooking together in the evenings.

One bedroom with a spacious box-spring bed promises restful nights, while the second bedroom features a sofa bed (120 x 200 cm) that can accommodate two children or one adult. The modern bathroom, featuring a spacious shower and a large sink, rounds out the high-quality amenities.

Additional conveniences include a lockable bike shed right next to the house and a private parking space in the underground garage.

The holiday rental is located in Timmendorfer Strand, specifically in the Niendorf district, just a few steps from the Baltic Sea beach. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a seawater swimming pool, restaurants, cafés, a bakery, a fish market, and a large EDEKA supermarket with a bakery and café, which opened in 2018. In the idyllic Niendorf Harbour, you can dine al fresco while enjoying the seaside view.

The town centre of Timmendorfer Strand, also known to Hamburg residents as the “bathtub,” is perfect for a leisurely stroll. Here you’ll find gourmet restaurants, cafés, galleries, and upscale fashion boutiques that are also open on Sundays and invite you to relax and enjoy a leisurely stroll and some shopping.
