Welcome to the Kurparkresidenz Timmendorfer Strand, Apartment 32!

This cosy one-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor (46 steps to the apartment) of the building and, with its 36 m², offers space for up to 2 adults and 1 baby up to 2 years old.
The convenient location at Wilhelmstraße 2 puts you just about 300 metres from the centre of Timmendorfer Strand and only about 350 metres from the nearest stretch of beach.

The modernly furnished apartment hallway features a sideboard and a mirror.
From the hallway, you can access the cosy living-bedroom with an open kitchen and the separate bathroom with a shower.

The living-bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (single mattress, 160x200 cm), an armchair, and a table with two chairs, creating a cosy space for spending time together. An exterior blind ensures restful nights. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV and a radio with a built-in CD player and Bluetooth functionality. Free Wi-Fi access is also available here.

The covered balcony, accessible from the living room and facing southeast, extends the living space outdoors and offers you the chance to enjoy the fresh sea air. Here, you’ll find a table with four chairs to help you start your day off right.

The open kitchenette features a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a small built-in freezer compartment, a toaster, and a kettle. Kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware are, of course, provided. This allows you to comfortably prepare your own meals while on holiday.

The bathroom features a sink, a shower (entry height approx. 23 cm), and a toilet. From here, you can access the spacious dressing room, which features a large wardrobe with a full-length mirror, a hair dryer, a sideboard, a filter coffee maker, and a microwave.

For your convenience, a vacuum cleaner and a clothes drying rack are also available.

The surrounding area offers numerous recreational opportunities such as horseback riding, surfing, golf, fishing, sailing, swimming, and hiking, as well as activities specifically geared towards families. A supermarket, a doctor’s office, and ATMs are all located in the immediate vicinity. Amusement parks, mini-golf courses, tennis facilities, and opportunities for Nordic walking, jogging, cycling, and mountain biking provide plenty of variety.

Central holiday complex near the spa gardens: You’ll stay in comfortable 1–2-room apartments ranging from 35 to 47 m², tastefully furnished for 2–4 people. A terrace or balcony completes the holiday experience.

A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the basement, where you’ll also find a bike storage room. A parking space is reserved for your car.

The nearest bakery for your seaside breakfast is just a few steps away. The town centre and additional shopping options are also only a 5-minute walk from your apartment. Across the street is the idyllic spa park with its old trees, lakes, and small wooden bridges, which invites you to take relaxing walks. You can feel the Baltic Sea sand beneath your feet just 350 metres away.

In Fegetasche near Plön, you can set sail—whether on the “Bosau Tour” past the 800-year-old fieldstone church in the heart of Holstein Switzerland or on the “Grand Plön Lake Tour” through bird sanctuaries and nature reserves. An interesting experience for everyone.
