The Bergstraße 60 Holiday Home is located right next to the idyllic spa park with its mature trees and duck ponds. The park is perfect for leisurely walks, the spa promenade is ideal for outings, and the cafés and boutiques invite you to linger and shop. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. Shopping options are about a 5- to 10-minute walk away.

During your stay, a bicycle parking area is available at the house. There is also a reserved parking space for your car.

We invite you to visit the beautiful Baltic Sea coast year-round to enjoy relaxing walks on the beach or bike rides.

Welcome to this beautiful 2-room apartment at Bergstraße 60 in Timmendorfer Strand, which spans 60 m² and is furnished for 2 people.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.
From the apartment hallway, you can access all the rooms.
The high-quality living room features a cosy dining area, a large sofa set, a flat-screen TV,
a DVD player, and a stereo system with a CD player.
From here, you can step out onto the beautiful south-facing balcony.

The bedroom features a double bed (2 single mattresses, 90x200 cm) and a wardrobe.
Blackout curtains are provided in the bedroom and in the living room by the balcony door.

The bathroom features a bathtub that can also be used as a shower (with grab bars), a towel warmer, and heated floors.
The well-equipped kitchen is also accessible from the hallway. Here you’ll find a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, and much more.
