You can wind down after a day at the Baltic Sea on the northwest-facing balcony.
A nice kitchenette with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and dining area rounds out this small apartment.

In the shower room, you’ll find plenty of space for your toiletries in the mirror cabinet and vanity cabinet.
A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available for use in the communal basement.

An underground parking space (garage entrance height: 1.90 m) is reserved for your car.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge (no right to a refund or replacement in case of disruptions or outages).

The beach is just 150 metres from the residential complex. You couldn’t get any closer to the sea! The bakery for a hearty holiday breakfast is right around the corner. Other shopping options and the town centre are just a 5–7-minute walk away. Here you’ll find shops to browse, cafés to relax in, and renowned restaurants for dining.

You can take a wonderful walk along the Brodten cliffs. Here, you’ll enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the beautiful Bay of Lübeck. Geologists also offer interesting guided tours and explain the various sediments, some of which are billions of years old.
