"We enjoyed every aspect of the lodge, from the room to the spa to the restaurant to the safari! The staff are genuinely kind and very helpful. Unfortunate for us, a tropical cyclone moved in on just our second day and we were all forced to stay in and not go out on safari for our safety. The staff took such good care of us all, ensuring we were comfortable and cared for. While other lodges were closing and being evacuated, Kapama River Lodge did not miss a beat. In addition, they took in guests from other lodges and gave them the best experience possible. I will say, we had such an incredible first two safaris, seeing so many animals and learning so much from our guides, that despite everything we still left fulfilled and happy! I cannot wait to return to Kapama, and will be telling everyone who will listen about this amazing company!!"

"If you're looking for a wonderful African experience, Honeyguide Khoka Moya Camp is great. The tent experience with wild animals steps away, the two three hour safaris every day, and the relatively small number of campers makes for a great time."

"From the moment we arrived we were greeted with warm hospitality. Everyone was extremely warm and welcoming. The lodge was huge, beautifully decorated, whomever curated their guest’s experience deserves a standing ovation. The food was delicious, the game drive was fun and exciting. "The host was spectacular and the staff kind and helpful. Loved the Safari decor in the great hall. The rooms were really nice, good mini fridge, great tub and separate shower. The breakfast was delicious! Location was great- and secured entry onto the estate. Great place to walk about and see wild warthogs, kudu, steenbok and monkeys. It was a perfect spot to be to drive to all the animal places (endangered species center, Jessica the hippo, the elephant sanctuary/orphanage and the wildlife rehab center). Highly recommend! "
