"My family of 7 had a wonderful time staying at this property. We enjoyed the camp fire and my older son loved sleeping in the trapper cabin. We were able to see lots of wildlife and it was very peaceful!! "

"We stayed at the Hickory Hills cabin, which had a beautiful scenery off the back porch and it was perfect for a couple. We came with family for a get together and to go on sxs rides through the national forest. They stayed next door at the Angler Arms, which is larger for a family. This cabin is very well set up, has a modern/rustic decor and very secluded off the beaten path. The owners are so very friendly and accommodating. We have stayed twice now and will stay again. "

"Absolutely beautiful property! The house was amazingly clean and spacious. The more rural setting was exactly what we were looking for. Each morning we drank coffee on the front porch and watched the fog rise out of the valleys around us. Short drives to local restaurants and trailheads. There were LOTS of informative pamphlets and menus to local restaurants at the house. If you are looking for a true getaway, this is it. We will book again."

The large table was great for meals and games, lots of implements to use for cooking (but we always travel with our faves, lol), and overlooks a lovely pond w a walking path and playthings for children. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was rustic with modern amenities and plenty of seating. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating utensils, and there was ice in the freezer. We had all the necessities, and we really enjoyed the bonus tour of the local farm. You don't often get an experience along with your stay. My fave feature of the property was the back porch, overlooking a drop off, with tree tops right in front of you. It was serene and relaxing, and we would stay again. The owners are great and communicated promptly and check-in and out was a breeze. "
