"The room was not clean (carpet and bed). There was no breakfast. But the man at the reception was nice."

"Beds were comfortable. Rooms somewhat smaller but clean and not a big deal overall as we only stayed 2 nights. Front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. The water dispenser in the lobby was empty and the lady said we’d have to get water elsewhere. Not sure why they don’t have someone replace it for customers. Was empty for the full days we were there but did see someone using it when we arrived so they got the last of the spring water. At breakfast the attendant said the waffle batter dispenser was broken as she had already fixed it 3 times and still malfunctioning. Seemed like an easy fix to me so my child could have waffles but she was stern and rigid about allowing that to happen. A bit odd to me and not what I would consider good customer service. For the price this was a good stay. "

"This motel was selected for us by Virbo, at the last second; literally, because our host did not give us an access code for the rental property that we had confirmed back in Feb. The Eastwood motel was well below standard. The manager was nice, but thats where the quality ended. The door knob was very loose and there was no additional locking mechanism on the door. The door seal was very poor. You could see light pass through between the frame and the door. The satalite tv and set box did not function. The internet connection was intermittent or just not working. The water pressure was very low. There was not enough pressure or hot water to take a shower in order to get ready for a wedding. The matress was not comfortable."

"The perfect tiny cabin, glamping style get away. Very simple and just like advertised. The communal bathroom and the cabin were very clean. The host was wonderful to deal with and had great communication. My only critiques is that the outdoor area could use a little clean up and organizing. The main mattress was a tad sunk in."
