Immaculate home with breathtaking views of Netarts Bay and Ocean!

Experience instant relaxation when setting foot into this beautiful Tudor style home with views of the Oregon coastline. It is the perfect retreat for those wishing for a quieter location, but not remoteness…less than a 5-minute drive to the sandy beach in Netarts and within walking distance to the small grocery store and coffee shop right there in the community of Netarts. If you drive 5 minutes North of the house, you will be in the charming village of Oceanside and have an unbeatable view of the 3 Arch Rocks.
With its abundant light and open floor plan, the home’s main floor is perfect for entertaining friends and family. Wifi and cable TV are provided! An electric fireplace creates a relaxing ambiance, while the large windows frame lovely tree-filled views with the ocean and horizon beyond. Sink into comfortable furnishings while watching a favorite movie on the flat screen TV or enjoying some down time with a good book. For the chefs in your group, the thoroughly equipped modern kitchen will not disappoint. Outside side patio has a charcoal grill. The dining table seats 8.
The house has 3 bedrooms that can comfortably sleep 8 guests. There is 1 bedroom on the main/entry level floor with a king size bed and a breathtaking view of the bay and ocean. There is a full bathroom just outside the room. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a king size bed and en-suite. It also has a spectacular view of the ocean as well as Cape Lookout. The 3rd bedroom is across the hall and has a queen size bed, 2 twin beds and 2 twin trundle beds underneath. There is a full bathroom located in this room as well.
Bring your beach clothes to layer for sunny or stormy weather. No matter which, be ready for fun-filled days. Watch the sun set over the ocean, take a long deep breath and exhale.

Fun weekend getaway with family

These accommodations were great for our family of three couples. Each couple had a room and a bathroom with enough space for us all to hang out for dinner and visiting. The kitchen was great with lots of dishes and pots and pans and any utensil you needed. We were able to make meals to share. The view was incredible and it was very peaceful. We had a fantastic time!

Weekend Away with the Girls

My friends and I spent a relaxing weekend at the home. The views were stunning and we took full advantage of it from the comfortable living and dining rooms. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great for our party of four.I enjoyed morning walks down the hill to the beach. I'd definitely book again!

The house was big enough to have fun, relax and take in the view. It was a perfect place for us.

It was alot of fun every one had access to what they liked to do in just a few miles away. Food was great. Enjoyed the privateys of the master bedroom. The house was very cleaned and well stocked.

Every year we have a “girls weekend” and it was my year to select a place. This place is the best place ever. The views are to die for and so relaxing. The house is very comfortable and so much room. We will be coming back

Family vacation

Great place for family gathering

Our family group of five adults (and one dog) thoroughly enjoyed our weekend here. The house was spotlessly clean. It is very homey, yet provides plenty of space to spread out and enjoy privacy. The kitchen has tons of pots and pans, dishware, utensils and spices. The view from the many large windows is spectacular. The location is convenient to access attractions along the coast, and an easy trip to Tilllamook. The owner/property manager was very prompt to respond to questions ahead of our stay, and also checked in with us on our arrival day. We would all be very happy to return here in the future.

The home has an impressive view on a hill, overlooking the ocean and bay. The home was complete with all of the things one would expect to accommodate a large family. The kitchen was clean and well organized. All together, we had a nice visit and enjoyed our stay.

The views of the coast from the home are terrific, as were the sunsets. The beds are comfortable and there are ample blankets for the colder nights. There is plenty of seating in the living area to enjoy family time.Management checked in a couple times to be sure all was well and that we had what we needed.I highly recommend this property and plan to rent it again in the future.

Quick spring break getaway

The house was just as advertised. Very clean with a spectacular view. The entire west side of the house to include the bedroom was all windows, allowing for a panoramic view of the bay with the ocean and the three arches rocks. The lot is spacious with very dog friendly and comfortable fenced area with grass, easily accessible and worry free. Access to Netarts Bay is right down the road very close with Schooners restaurant right there also. Beach access does leave something to be desired, but that house is built for the view. My family and I found plenty of access to the beach just a few minutes up the road in Oceanside and we had quite an adventure at tunnel Beach.The upstairs kids room is spacious, but don’t expect foosball tables or ping-pong tables for family time. They do have some board games and jigsaw puzzles. We brought our own card games and kept ourselves occupied during the rain.That is one of my new favorite houses on the coast And will definitely be going there again.

The house was so clean, spacious and well stocked. The views were incredible. We spent time driving around looking for fun things to do, and instead we should have just brought our paddle boards and played a the beach below the house. Another big bonus was that the beds were so comfortable. I have low expectations when it comes to rental house bedding, but the mattresses were comfortable and the bedding was soft. I also bring a lot of my cookware because I hate cooking at a rental and they don't have all the things I need to serve dinner for my family. They had it all!!!!! I didn't need to bring anything. I would definitely rent here again, it was wonderful. I have many years of vacation rental experiences, and this tied for first place.

We were looking for a change of scene from our Rocky Mountain home, and we certinally found it at this hilltop house. The wild winter weather was just what we were looking for, and the amazing view added to the drama. We are world travellers and agreed that we have never had such a stunning view anywhere else that we have stayed. The house was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The appliances could stand an upgrade, but everything worked well. Overall, the house was fine for the two of us, but would probably be a little crowded for a group larger than four. This was our second rental from Shore Thing, and I must say that they provide first rate service. If you like to watch birds, the surf, and changing tides you will not find a better perch than this.
