"Drove 2 hours from cannon beach so we could see the Tillamook factory the next day only to find a room that had been smoked in heavily and dirty. Walls, floors, furniture, everything in there felt dirty. $140 is a waste for this place. The floor by the toilet was caving in. We had to drive in the dark another hour tired to find somewhere else to stay. The nicest thing I can say is the hotel had someone texting which we let know. They were responsive and refunded us."

"The heater in my room (on 3rd floor) was super noisy & kept waking me up. I can usually sleep thru about anything, but not this “clanging” heater. I tried to tell the front desk person in the morning, but they didn’t seem concerned about it. "

"Room was clean, check in extremely easy & such a cute little spot with an amazing view! The weather was perfect and the restaurant next door was really good & so was Rosanna's down the street. Our unit had 2 bedrooms, refrigerator and stove. Loved this place & can't wait to go back!"

"ANTS!! I gave this place one star because I could not give it zero.It was ok, cool spot near the beach, cute store nearby. The place was cleaned oki, but there were a few ants visible in the evening, ant traps behind the couch -we figured since it is near beach and damp, there may be a few ants. We always keep food items in the frige, keep sinks clean, etc.In the morning -ANTS everywhere -in the bed, the bathroom, the window sills, a trail across the floor. I believe that we should receive a refund. There were ants in the luggage that was on top of a carry on! We had to vaccuum out our luggage and put all our things in a hot dryer to be sure we did not have them in our place when we got home that day. Gross experience"

"Hot tub was good. Main bedroom bed mattress should be updated/changed. I ended up sleeping on the couch because I couldn't sleep at all on the bed and my wife stayed on the bed and still didn't sleep well. The couch ended up being more comfortable to sleep on. We were tired and sore from both places and did not sleep well. Overall, the place was great, minus the not sleeping well. "
