"The location and the view can not be beat. Oceanside is a gem. Being able to sit inside or outside and still be able to enjoy the ocean views is where the true luxury lies. This was a big spend for my spouse and I, but we were celebrating something major. The hot tub was great and felt magical with the sea breeze. The fireplace at night was perfect. My only suggestion would be some throw blankets for added coziness in the common areas in the chilly evenings and perhaps some warmer-toned light bulbs. Otherwise, a great two day mini vacation and if my pockets ever stretch to the opportunity, I’d definitely choose this location again."

"Very spacious home in a quiet neighborhood with great ocean views and ample onsite parking in the garage and driveway. The kitchen has lots of cookware, dishes and utensils to work with, but there was no cooking oil to be found so we had to plan a stop at the store. Overall, the house was in good condition and clean, save for some carpet stains. The host communication was good with clear check-in and check-out instructions. Minor detail, but getting in was the only tricky thing we encountered as the digital lock has a rather long code and errors out if you pause too long trying to enter it while looking back and forth at your phone. I recommend having someone read it out loud while someone else enters it. :-)Overall, this was a great place to stay and I’d happily recommend it to others as well!"

"The host failed to text or email check in instructions . They did not answer the phone , Expedia did not answer my messages on the app . I lost hours trying to figure out how to check in and almost had to go home . What a horrible experience. All to find out the host blamed it on Expedia "

"We paid a premium price for this stay, so our expectations were understandably high, but the property did not meet that standard.The unit showed visible wear and needed maintenance, including baseboards that appeared moldy and the place is in need of repainting. There was also a noticeable musty/moldy odor during our stay.The kitchen was not stocked for basic use, it would have been nice to have had a bowl that would hold both cereal and fruit together and a bowl large enough for salad. They have a kettle, but the bottom looks rusty inside. The chairs facing the windows too unclean to sit in. The bedding setup was incomplete—we did not have top sheets, and the cleanliness of the duvet was unclear. To their credit, when we requested these items, they were provided promptly.There was hot and cold water with good water pressure and the plumbing worked well.Communication was mixed. Requests for early check-in and late checkout received automated responses only, and checkout was set at 10:00 AM, which felt early given the price point and overall experience.This property may be acceptable at a lower price tier, but it did not align with the premium rate charged."

"Exactly as the photos advertise, and more! Plenty of room for the "sibling and spouses" weekend getaway with mom, no grandchildren this time to interfere with conversations that normally cannot be held without interruptions ;) This is the MOST stocked kitchen we have ever come across in all of our experience with guest homes. The beds were comfortable, quality towels, and great bathroom supplies. We absolutely loved our time here and if possible, plan to come back to THIS house. Just lovely....lovely, lovely views."
