"The hotel is in a fabulous location, right on the River Thames next to the bridge to Eton and near Windsor Castle. It was easily walkable to everything. The restaurant was lovely with a view of the river and swans, and the food was great! It was the only hotel I stayed at in England that included breakfast, so that was much appreciated. The only negative is the amount of stairs. There is no lift, and I had to climb five sets of stairs to my room. It wasn't easy with a large heavy suitcase. That is just a caution to anyone who has trouble with stairs. However, the positives far out-weigh the negative, and I would definitely stay here again. "

"Stayed at the hotel four times over the last few weeks due to some business trips in the area. The staff have been excellent and very friendly and welcoming, the rooms have been absolutely what I needed; big clean; comfy bed; and have an area to relax and know to work so really happy with the whole experience. The pool and steam room were in good condition and nice little bonus since I had to travel down on a Sunday for work! Restaurant was also lovely and the breakfast was brilliant with plenty of options "

"It was superb and I thank all the staff involved on arrival staff were cheerful and polite when entering the rooms very impressed we had dinner and a snack in the restaurant and the food was excellent along with the service I come to the PGA every year with my wife and family and it could not have been better A big thank you and see you next year"
